Both Michelle and Richard offer a top service…. They are friendly helpful people and I here customer service is above and beyond….. they know there brands and they know there shoe care….. there shop is always warm and welcoming and there coffee is amazing too….. it’s a real shopping experience…..

Had absolutely the best time this morning at The Shoe Room… what Richard and Michelle don’t know about shoes isn’t with knowing! The best service ever, totally relaxed atmosphere, fabulous choice!
